C. § 5719","heading":"Appeals.","body":"(a) Appeals may be taken from:\n(1) A final order denying a complaint seeking to compel arbitration made under § 5703(a) of this title;\n(2) An order granting an application to enjoin arbitration made under § 5703(b) of this title;\n(3) A final order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;\n(4) A final order modifying or correcting an award;\n(5) A final order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or\n(6) A final judgment or decree entered pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.\n(b) The appeal shall be taken in the manner and to the same extent as from orders or judgments in a civil action.","path":["Title 10.
