C. § 9547","heading":"Execution process.","body":"(a) Process of execution may be issued by the Justice of the Peace Court rendering a judgment, or by any other Justice of the Peace Court, with which the docket containing such judgment is deposited, or a duly certified transcript of the record of such judgment is filed.\n(b) The process of execution shall bear date of the day it is issued, and shall be made returnable on a day certain, not more than 60, nor less than 30, days, thereafter; but a return of “no goods” may be made after 2 days from its date.\n(c) Process of execution shall be directed to a constable.","path":["Title 10.
