C. § 1201","heading":"Bribery; class E felony.","body":"A person is guilty of bribery when:\n(1) The person offers, confers or agrees to confer a personal benefit upon a public servant upon an agreement or understanding that the public servant’s vote, opinion, judgment, action, decision or exercise of discretion as a public servant will thereby be influenced; or\n(2) The person offers, confers or agrees to confer a personal benefit upon a public servant or party officer upon an agreement or understanding that some person will or may be appointed to a public office or designated or nominated as a candidate for public office; or\n(3) The person offers, confers or agrees to confer a personal benefit upon a public servant for having violated a duty as a public servant.\nBribery is a class E felony.","path":["Title 11.
