A person may be convicted of both receiving stolen property and selling stolen property. Selling stolen property is a class A misdemeanor, unless the value of the resold property is $1,500 or more, or unless the seller has been convicted 2 or more times of selling stolen property, in which cases it is a class G felony.","path":["Title 11.
