C. § 862","heading":"Possession of forgery devices; class G felony.","body":"A person is guilty of possession of forgery devices when:\n(1) The person makes or possesses with knowledge of its character and intending to use it unlawfully any plate, die or other device, apparatus, equipment or article specifically designed for use in counterfeiting or otherwise forging written instruments; or\n(2) The person makes or possesses any device, apparatus, equipment or article capable of or adaptable to use for purposes of forgery, intending to use it unlawfully.\nPossession of forgery devices is a class G felony.","path":["Title 11.
