C. § 8906A","heading":"Annual report and data collection.","body":"(a) The Commission shall annually compile a report describing any substantive changes made to the guidelines during the preceding year.\n(b) The Commission shall submit the report to all of the following not later than October 1 of each year:\n(1) The President Pro Tempore of the Senate.\n(2) The Speaker of the House of Representatives.\n(3) The Chief Justice.\n(4) The Attorney General.\n(5) The Chief Defender.\n(6) The Director of the Division of Legislative Services.\n(7) The State Archivist.\n(8) The Governor.\n(c) If funding is available to the Commission, the Commission is authorized to collaborate with the Statistical Analysis Center on sentencing-related data collection.","path":["Title 11.
