Laws, c. 142, § 13].","body":"(a) The Department of Justice shall create a summary of the rights under §§ 9423 and 9425 of this title.\n(b) The summary under subsection (a) of this section must include the address of the website under § 9414(d) of this title and at a minimum, must be in English and Spanish and in a format that is as accessible as possible for individuals with disabilities.\n(c) A law-enforcement agency must provide the information under this section to a witness.","path":["Title 11.
