The denial is valid only if:\n(1) An acknowledgment of paternity signed, or otherwise authenticated, by another man is filed pursuant to § 8-305 of this title;\n(2) The denial is in a record, and is signed, or otherwise authenticated, under penalty of perjury; and\n(3) The presumed father has not previously:\n(i) Acknowledged paternity, unless the previous acknowledgment has been rescinded pursuant to § 8-307 of this title or successfully challenged pursuant to § 8-308 of this title; or\n(ii) Been adjudicated to be the father of the child.","path":["Title 13.
