This subchapter shall be broadly construed to accomplish its intended purposes.\n(b) The provisions of this subchapter shall apply only to agreements executed after the July 3, 2013, except proceedings for pre-birth determination of parentage pursuant to § 8-611(a) of this title which may be commenced on or after July 3, 2013.","path":["Title 13.
