C. § 8607","heading":"Meetings; quorum.","body":"(a) DACCTE shall schedule no less than 3 meetings per year after regular business hours at locations in each of the 3 counties of this State.\n(b) A majority of the voting DACCTE members must be present at a meeting in order to have a quorum and conduct official business.
