C. § 5012","heading":"Inoperative voting devices.","body":"(a) If a voting device becomes inoperative during the conduct of an election, the election officers shall seal the voting device in a manner that prevents further voting on that voting device.\n(b) The Department shall maintain and hold in readiness a reasonable number of extra voting devices that can be supplied to election districts where a voting device has become inoperative. The Department shall take reasonable steps to ensure rapid delivery of these voting devices when needed.","path":["Title 15. Elections","General Elections","CHAPTER 50.
