C. § 2610","heading":"Division of Public Health duty to investigate.","body":"The Division of Public Health shall do all of the following within 60 days of receiving notification through the universal reporting system established by this chapter that a child has an elevated blood lead level:\n(1) Determine the residential address of the child from birth through the date of testing.\n(2) Make a determination as to the child’s lead-exposure site.\n(3) Determine the owner of the child’s lead-exposure site and obtain contact information for the owner of the lead-exposure site.","path":["Title 16.
