Laws, c. 418, § 6].","body":"For purposes of this chapter:\n(1) “Health-care practitioner” means an individual licensed under Title 24 as any of the following:\na. A physician.\nb. An advanced practice registered nurse.\nc. A physician associate.\nd. A pharmacist.\n(2) “Opioid antagonist” means naloxone or any other opioid antagonist that is approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration for emergency reversal of known or suspected opioid overdose.\n(3) “Public safety personnel” means as defined in § 9702 of this title.","path":["Title 16.
