C. § 3045F","heading":"Licensing agents; bond requirements; service charge; negotiations.","body":"(a) The Department may authorize as many qualified persons or companies as licensing agents as it deems necessary to effectuate the efficient distribution of dog licenses established under § 3042F of this title.\n(b) The Department may determine the bond requirement.\n(c) Licensing agents may add an approximate, reasonable and necessary service charge to the required fee for a license. The Department shall set the fee at its discretion.\n(d) The Department may adopt, amend, modify, or repeal rules and regulations to effectuate the policy and purpose of this section.","path":["Title 16.
