C. § 4752","heading":"Drug dealing or possession; class B felony.","body":"(a) Except as authorized by this chapter, it is unlawful for any person to do any of the following:\n(1) Manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 3 quantity.\n(2) Possess a controlled substance in a Tier 3 quantity.\n(3) Manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance in a Tier 2 quantity and an aggravating factor applies.\n(b) Violation of subsection (a) of this section is a class B felony.","path":["Title 16.
