C. § 9812","heading":"Suspension, revocation and other penalties.","body":"(a) For purpose of the public health, safety and welfare, and notwithstanding any other statute or provision of law, the Administrator may recommend to a county or the Board that any of the following penalties, singly or in combination, be imposed:\n(1) That a letter of reprimand be issued;\n(2) That a paramedic be placed on probationary status with limited responsibilities and be required to:\na. Regularly report to the county upon the matters which are the basis of the probation;\nb. Limit all paramedical activities to those areas specifically recommended by the Administrator; and/or\nc. Take either remedial or continuing education until the required degree of skill has been attained in those areas which are the basis of the probation;\n(3) That a paramedic’s certification be suspended; or\n(4) That a paramedic’s certification be revoked.\n(b) No penalties shall be imposed upon a paramedic’s certification without provisions for a hearing. Hearings shall be established in accordance with the provisions of the Medical Practices Act, Chapter 17 of Title 24.\n(c), (d) [Repealed.]","path":["Title 16.
