C. § 2528","heading":"False or misleading information.","body":"(a) No person shall wilfully withhold information from or knowingly give false or misleading information to:\n(1) The Commissioner;\n(2) Any statistical agency designated by the Commissioner;\n(3) Any rating organization or insurer which affects rates or premiums chargeable under this chapter.\n(b) Violation of this section shall be subject to the penalties provided in § 106 of this title or in lieu thereof, in the Commissioner’s discretion, an administrative fine of not over $2,000.","path":["Title 18.
