C. § 3301","heading":"Scope of chapter.","body":"This chapter shall not apply to or affect:\n(1) Any policy of liability or workers’ compensation insurance with or without supplementary expense coverage therein;\n(2) Any group or blanket policy;\n(3) Life insurance, endowment or annuity contracts, or contracts supplemental thereto which contain only such provisions relating to health insurance as:\na. Provide additional benefits in case of death or dismemberment or loss of sight by accident or accidental means; or as\nb. Operate to safeguard such contracts against lapse, or to give a special surrender value or special benefit or an annuity in the event that the insured or annuitant becomes totally and permanently disabled, as defined by the contract or supplemental contract;\n(4) Reinsurance.","path":["Title 18.
