C. § 421","heading":"Monetary penalties.","body":"After notice and opportunity for a hearing, the Commissioner may impose a monetary penalty on any person or group found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter or title or of any rules or regulations pursuant to § 329 of this title and Chapter 101 of Title 29.
