C. § 6406","heading":"Annual report.","body":"(a) Every managed care organization shall annually, on or before June 1, file with the Department a report covering the preceding fiscal year.\n(b) Such report shall include:\n(1) A financial statement of the organization, including its balance sheet and receipts and disbursements for the preceding fiscal year; and\n(2) A statement explaining any material change in the information originally submitted pursuant to this title.","path":["Title 18.
