C. § 2375","heading":"Certificate of self-insurance; revocation.","body":"Whenever an employer has complied with § 2372 of this title relating to self-insurance, the Department shall issue to such employer a certificate which shall remain in force for a period fixed by the Department. The Department may however, upon at least 60 days’ notice and a hearing to the employer, revoke the certificate upon presentation of satisfactory evidence for such revocation. After the expiration of 1 year from such revocation, the Department may grant a new certificate to the employer upon the employer’s petition.","path":["Title 19.
