C. § 746","heading":"Commission organization; meetings; officers; quorum.","body":"(a) The Commission shall hold regularly scheduled business meetings at least once in each quarter, and at such times as the chairperson deems necessary, or at the request of a majority of the members of the Commission.\n(b) The Commission shall elect a chairperson and vice-chairperson. Each officer shall serve for a 2–year term. Each officer may be reelected for an additional consecutive term.\n(c) A majority of the members shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of transacting business.","path":["Title 19.
