C. § 6307","heading":"Wholesale Dealers.","body":"(a) A wholesale dealer who is licensed by the Division is authorized to do the following:\n(1) Buy a vehicle from another dealer, a licensed auto auction or retail seller;\n(2) Sell a vehicle to, or exchange vehicles only with another dealer or through a licensed auto auction;\n(3) A wholesale dealer may operate from a private residence and is not required to comply with § 6303(a)(2) and (5) of this title.\n(b) A wholesale dealer may not:\n(1) Sell or exchange vehicles with a retail buyer; and\n(2) Buy, sell or exchange new vehicles; and\n(3) Sell vehicles on consignment.","path":["Title 21.
