C. § 6415","heading":"Odometer record retention for auction companies.","body":"Each auction company shall establish and retain at its primary place of business in an order that is appropriate to business requirements and that permits systematic retrieval, for 5 years following the date of sale of each motor vehicle, the following records:\n(1) The name of the most recent owner (other than the auction company);\n(2) The name of the buyer;\n(3) The vehicle identification number; and\n(4) The odometer reading on the date which the auction company took possession of the motor vehicle.","path":["Title 21.
