C. § 1323","heading":"Surrender of expired, revoked or suspended license; loss or destruction of license.","body":"(a) Any person to whom the Board issued a registration or license under this chapter shall surrender such registration or license and all duplicate copies which have expired, or been revoked, suspended or surrendered.\n(b) Any person issued a registration or license by the Board that is lost or destroyed must inform the Section and at the discretion of the Director, a duplicate may be issued.","path":["Title 24.
