C. § 1813","heading":"Complaints.","body":"(a) All complaints received by the Division shall be investigated in accordance with § 8735 of Title 29. The Division shall issue a final written report at the conclusion of its investigation.\n(b) If the Board determines that a person has provided or is providing plumbing services or has used or is using the title “master plumber”, “licensed plumber,” or a similar designation contrary to the requirements of this chapter, the Board shall request that the Office of the Attorney General issue a cease and desist order and/or prosecute the person.","path":["Title 24.
