C. § 1913","heading":"Registered nurses licensed under previous law.","body":"(a) Any person holding a license to practice nursing as a registered nurse that is valid on July 1, 1983, shall be deemed to be licensed as a registered nurse under this chapter and shall be eligible for renewal of such license under the conditions and standards prescribed by § 1918 of this title.\n(b) Any person eligible for reactivation or reinstatement of a license to practice nursing as a registered nurse in this state on or after July 1, 1983, shall be deemed to be eligible to be licensed as a registered nurse under this chapter and shall be eligible for renewal of such license under the conditions and standards prescribed by § 1918 of this title.\n(c) Any person whose license to practice nursing as a registered nurse has lapsed in this State on or after July 1, 1983, because of failure to renew may become licensed as a registered nurse under this chapter by applying for reinstatement according to the rules and regulations established by the Board of Nursing.\n(d) Any person who was licensed to practice nursing as a registered nurse and who had requested to be placed on inactive status in this State on or after July 1, 1983, may become licensed as a registered nurse under this chapter by applying for reactivation according to the rules and regulations established by the Board of Nursing.","path":["Title 24.
