C. § 5121","heading":"Requirements for apprenticeships.","body":"(a) An individual who chooses to seek eligibility for the cosmetologist, barbering, electrology or nail technician examination by apprenticeship shall apply to the Board for an apprentice permit.\n(b) The owner of a shop that employs apprentices shall submit to the Board, on a form provided by the Board, a quarterly report of the hours earned by each apprentice. The reports shall be submitted by the following dates: April 15, July 15, October 15, and January 15.\n(c) [Repealed.]\n(d) An apprentice may not be the employer of the supervising licensee.","path":["Title 24.
