C. § 5212","heading":"Administrator-in-Training Program.","body":"The Board shall approve an Administrator-In-Training Program that complies with the guidelines of the National Association of Boards of Long-Term Care Administrators (NAB), and contains at a minimum the following:\n(1) Introduction and orientation;\n(2) Admission procedures;\n(3) Medical records requirements;\n(4) Resident rights;\n(5) Administration;\n(6) Food service;\n(7) Nursing;\n(8) Housekeeping/maintenance/janitorial;\n(9) Medical and allied health;\n(10) Recreation;\n(11) Rehabilitation services;\n(12) Social services;\n(13) Disaster/emergency services;\n(14) Medicare/Medicaid;\n(15) Professional ethics; and\n(16) Applicable state and federal laws and regulations.","path":["Title 24.
