C. § 804","heading":"Additional duties of facility owners and facility operators who are also underground pipeline facility operators.","body":"It shall be the duty of each underground pipeline facility owner or facility operator to:\n(1) Participate in the approved notification center.\n(2) Provide as follows for inspection of pipelines that such operator has reason to believe could be damaged by excavation activities:\na. The inspection must be done as frequently as necessary during and after the excavation activities to verify the integrity of the pipeline; and\nb.
