Nothing shall preclude the sponsoring organization from having a member of the licensed third-party or charitable gaming vendor as tournament director.\n(b) The Texas Hold’em Poker tournament director shall be the final arbitrator of all disputes that occur during that tournament.","path":["Title 28.
