C. § 10201","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this chapter:\n(1) “Committee” means the Joint Legislative Oversight Committee established by this chapter.\n(2) “Committee staff” means the employees of the Division of Legislative Services who are assigned to support the Committee.\n(3) “Entity” means a regulatory, administrative, advisory, executive, or legislative body of this State, including a board, bureau, commission, department, division, committee, council, association, authority, or organized body established by an act of the General Assembly of this State that meets any of the following:\na. Is given authority in the Delaware Code to regulate a business, occupation, or profession.\nb. Is supported in whole or in part by public funds.\nc. Expends or disburses public funds.\nd. Is specifically charged by a public body to advise or make recommendations.\n(4) “Focused review” means a specialized assessment of an entity, conducted under § 10212 of this title.\n(5) “Full review” means a formal assessment of the entirety of an entity, conducted under § 10211 of this title. “Full review” does not include a focused review.\n(6) “Highest administrative officer” means an official who is appointed by the Governor as a member of the Governor’s cabinet.\n(7) “Performance evaluation” means the review mechanism under this chapter that is an assessment of an entity’s performance and function.\n(8) “Self-report” means the report under § 10207 of this title.\n(9) “Under review” means undergoing a process implemented under this chapter.","path":["Title 29.
