A notary public is exempt from the recordation of the oath of office prescribed by § 9605(a) of Title 9. A notary public may not perform notarial acts until a copy of the fully executed oath is received by the Secretary of State in an electronic or paper document format deemed acceptable by the Secretary of State.","path":["Title 29.
