C. § 5213","heading":"Coverage for epinephrine autoinjectors.","body":"(a) For purposes of this section, “epinephrine autoinjector” means a single-use device used for the automatic injection of a premeasured dose of epinephrine into the human body.\n(b) The plan shall provide coverage for medically-necessary epinephrine autoinjectors by including at least 1 formulation of epinephrine autoinjectors on the lowest tier of the drug formulary developed and maintained by the carrier.","path":["Title 29.
