C. § 8411","heading":"Exemptions.","body":"The following positions and administrations set forth in this chapter shall be exempt from Chapter 59 of this title:\n(1) Secretary of the Department of Transportation;\n(2) Director of the Transportation Authority;\n(3) Director of the Division of Highways;\n(4) Director of the Office of Administration;\n(5) Head of the Office of Financial Management and Budget;\n(6) Chiefs of such other divisions or administrations as may be established by the Secretary with the written approval of the Governor; and\n(7) Head of the Office of External Affairs.\n(8) Director of Division of Pre-Construction.\n(9) Director of Motor Vehicles.","path":["Title 29.
