C. § 8717","heading":"Division of Public Utility Control.","body":"The Division of Public Utility Control is established within the Department of State having powers, duties and functions as follows:\n(1) The administrative, ministerial, budgetary and clerical functions, including but not limited to appointment, removal, compensation and duties of employees as provided by law, of the public service commission, except to the extent such powers, duties and functions are vested in the Public Service Commission under Chapter 1 of Title 26.\n(2) Such other powers and functions as the Secretary of State may assign which are not otherwise inconsistent with Title 26 or the other laws of the State.","path":["Title 29.
