C. § 10131","heading":"License to participate in racing.","body":"(a) The Commission shall have the power to impose license fees for those participating in a racing meet.\n(b) The license fees for participants in a racing meet, if imposed by the Commission, shall be payable to the Commission as follows:\n(1) $50 for all owners and all trainers.\n(2) $30 for all veterinarians, farriers, jockeys, apprentice jockeys, jockey agents and assistant trainers.\n(3) $15 for all licensee vendors and vendor employees.\n(4) $5 for all stable employees and association employees.\n(5) $25 for each stable name.\n(6) $25 for each partnership\n(7) $50 for each authorized agent.\n(c) This section shall be retroactive to January 1, 1996; however, paragraphs (b)(5), (b)(6), and (b)(7) of this section shall be retroactive to January 1, 2000.","path":["Title 3.
