C. § 8552","heading":"Penalties; civil liabilities; injunctions.","body":"Whoever violates this chapter shall be fined not more than $300, or imprisoned for not more than 6 months, or both, and shall be liable to the association aggrieved in a civil action in the penal sum of $100 for each such offense. The association shall be entitled to an injunction against such violator to prevent continuation of such conduct.","path":["Title 3.
