Laws, c. 455, § 4].","body":"(a) Carriers that provide coverage for a health service that a certified registered nurse anesthetist is licensed to perform under Title 24 shall provide reimbursement for the service provided by the certified registered nurse anesthetist at a reimbursement rate that is not less than the reimbursement rate paid to licensed physicians providing the same service.\n(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit a carrier from establishing variable reimbursement rates based on quality or performance measures.","path":["Title 31.
