C. § 2107","heading":"Oyster Recovery Fund.","body":"(a) There is hereby established an Oyster Recovery Fund which shall be funded from the following sources:\n(1) Fee received by the Department for oyster harvesting licenses;\n(2) Revenue received by the Department for oyster harvest fees; and\n(3) Fees received for leasing shellfish grounds in Delaware Bay.\n(b) Oyster Recovery Funds shall be used by the Department for the following:\n(1) To purchase shells to be placed on natural oyster beds;\n(2) To purchase oysters to be placed on natural oyster beds;\n(3) To conduct research on oysters; and\n(4) To transfer oysters from one natural bed to another.","path":["Title 7.
