C. § 6091","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this subchapter, unless otherwise indicated:\n(1) “Container” means a “rigid plastic container” or a “plastic bottle” as those terms are defined in this section.\n(2) “Department” means the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.\n(3) “Label” means a molded, imprinted or raised symbol on or near the bottom of a rigid plastic container or plastic bottle.\n(4) “Person” means any individual, trust, firm, joint stock company, federal agency, partnership, corporation (including a government corporation), association, state, municipality, commission, political subdivision of a state or any interstate body.\n(5) “Plastic” means any material made of polymeric organic compounds and additives that can be shaped by flow.\n(6) “Plastic bottle” means a plastic container intended for single use that has a neck that is smaller than the body of the container; accepts a screw-type cap, snap cap or other closure; and has a capacity of 16 fluid ounces or more, but less than 5 gallons.\n(7) “Rigid plastic container” means any formed or molded container, other than a bottle, intended for single use, composed predominantly of plastic resin and having a relatively inflexible finite shape or form with a capacity of 8 ounces or more but less than 5 gallons.\n(8) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control.","path":["Title 7.
