The County Executive, with the advice and consent of County Council, shall appoint 8 members who shall serve for terms of 3 years, provided that the terms of at least 2 members shall expire each year, at least 1 term to expire on January 31, and 1 term to expire on July 31.\n(b) The County Executive, with the advice and consent of County Council, shall appoint 1 member who shall be chairperson and who shall serve at the pleasure of the County Executive.\n(c) The compensation of the members of the Planning Board shall be determined by the County Council of New Castle County.","path":["Title 9.
