C. § 4534","heading":"Fees and costs.","body":"(a) The fees and costs to be taxed in all proceedings under this subchapter, where not otherwise provided for, shall be as follows:\n(1) The following fees shall be charged by the prothonotary:\nFiling praecipe | $1.10\nIssuing monition and copy | $2.75\nIssuing alias or pluries, monition and copy | $2.75\nWrit of venditioni exponas | $2.25\nFiling any petition in Superior Court under this subchapter | $1.00\nCosts of paying money into Superior Court | $1.00\nCost of paying money out of Superior Court for each check drawn | $1.00\n(2) The following fees shall be charged by the sheriff:\nPosting monition or copy thereof | $0.75\nPosting each alias or pluries, monition or copy thereof | $0.75\n(b) The county government of Kent County may provide by ordinance for fees and costs to be taxed in all proceedings under this subchapter.","path":["Title 9.
