C. § 4620","heading":"Changes in zones of assessment.","body":"The county government, after holding a public hearing upon notice published in the same manner as provided in § 4604 of this title, from time to time, by resolution may:\n(1) Change the allocation of the cost of such facility as between zones of assessment;\n(2) Change the boundaries of zones of assessment; or\n(3) Establish new zones of assessment or eliminate existing zones of assessment.","path":["Title 9.
