C. § 6808","heading":"Investigations, maps and reports of Commission.","body":"The Commission shall have full power to make such investigations, maps, and reports of the resources, condition and needs of the District as it deems desirable. Upon completion of such reports, the Commission shall submit the same to the county government with its recommendations.
