Stat. § 1009.43","heading":"State student financial assistance; authorization for use in program of study in another state or foreign country.","body":"A student who is enrolled in a public or private postsecondary educational institution in this state may apply state student financial assistance toward the cost of a program of study in another state or a foreign country for a period of up to 1 year, if the program of study is offered or promoted by the Florida institution as an integral part of the academic studies of that degree-seeking student or as a program that would enhance the student’s academic experience.
