Stat. § 255.5576","heading":"Consideration of energy-efficient materials; high-energy lighting.","body":"(1) The Department of Management Services shall consider the energy efficiency of all materials used in the construction, alteration, repair, or rebuilding of a building or facility owned or operated by a state agency.
