Stat. § 310.121","heading":"Application, examination, and biennial fees.","body":"(1) The department shall, in accordance with rules set by the board, assess and collect the following fees:\n(a) A fee not to exceed $300 for each application for licensure as a state pilot or certification as a deputy pilot.
