Stat. § 395.806","heading":"Designation of family practice teaching hospitals.","body":"(1)(a) A hospital that offers a family practice residency program of at least 18 positions for resident family practice physicians is eligible for designation as a family practice teaching hospital.\n(b) A hospital seeking designation as a family practice teaching hospital must submit documentation and an application to the Agency for Health Care Administration in the manner the agency determines.\n(c) To maintain the designation as a family practice teaching hospital, a hospital must offer a residency program of at least 24 positions for resident family practice physicians within 5 years after the initial designation.
