Stat. § 400.241","heading":"Prohibited acts; penalties for violations.","body":"(1) It is unlawful for any person, long-term care facility, or other entity to willfully interfere with the unannounced inspections mandated by s. 400.19(3) or part II of chapter 408. Alerting or advising a facility of the actual or approximate date of such inspection shall be a per se violation of this subsection.\n(2) A violation of any provision of this part or of any minimum standard, rule, or regulation adopted pursuant thereto constitutes a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
